Neighborhood
The South Campus commercial area along Telegraph Avenue is full of coffee shops and restaurants, book stores (of course), and all kinds of services that DPC tenants and their clients will appreciate. The University offers exhibitions, concerts, and lectures open to the public in addition to opportunities for study and research, and perhaps most important, green space in which to unwind. And the residential streets also reward walkers — Maybeck’s Christian Science Church, Berkeley’s only nationally listed historic building, is two blocks up Dwight.
